Mô tả công việc :

Daily activities will be as a minimum:
1. Global knowledge for civil works and MEPF (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Firefighting) materials
2. Quality Key Performance Indicators to be established and to be monitored.
3. NCR follow up and punch list to be established
4. Deviation from technical specification checking and reporting to Engineer acceptance board.
5. Statistical Follow- up of lab test results for main material (concrete, rebar..) and reporting
6. FAT supervision
7. Minute of Acceptance templates Checking and recording.
8. Engineer construction diaries to be recorded and stored.
9. Standardization of As-built templates
10. Proposing to team leader quality processes and tools for supervision management

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Degree in construction or engineering,
• Corresponding certificate.
• Minimum 05 years of work experience,
• Excellent knowledge of construction industry, quality control and material checking,
• Understand technical plans, construction regulations and safety issues,
• Able to meet deadlines,
• Able to work with a range of construction workers.
• Languages: English: Good level.
• Excellent communication skills,
• Mathematic and writing skills,
• Responsible attitude,
• Attention to detail, organized manner and practical approach,
• Reactivity to anticipate problems, propose solutions and evaluate risks,
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
