Mô tả công việc :
- Monitor, evaluate call, feedback call’s result, to ensure Ops follow the process and improve their performance
- Inspect the work of Team Leader – CCC to support the improvement of operators and to ensure Team Leader perform tasks as assigned
- Execute calibration meeting to unify and handle enquiries of TL - CCC
- Monitor overall quality in CCC through reports to correct the mistakes of Ops or implement wrong process for the better one
- Provide internal reports regarding to quality of QC
- Update new information, procedures, regulations to Operators and Team Leader _CCC to ensure they clearly understand the news
- Solve and feedback complaint cases of CCC
- Corporate with other departments regarding to quality of CCC
Yêu cầu công việc :
- From College Degree
- Working experience in customer service, Quality control is preferred .
- PC skills (MS Windows, MS Office etc.)
- Basic English
- Good verbal communication skills
