Mô tả công việc :

- Monitor R&D Department > 10 person, Sample room 25 person, Designer team 4person
- Balance out workflow to make sure everyone in team working evenly
- Building development team and find out necessary information to increase quality
- Follow up with team and support in time.
- Connecting with Sale team, Pattern maker team, Cad Team, Sample Room, MR Team, QC and factories for all matters relate.
- Monitoring all activities regarding development till PPS approval, make sure PPS approval in timely manner
- Dividing design of product of Vietnam company and the department in Korea and US
- Helping to make products concept
- Assist the team to work and complete effectively
- Able to do fitting
- Able to guide pttn maker how to construct garment and pattern shape supposed to be
- Give guideline of standard to sample room, make a standard for new product/ new fabrication. Using suitable sewing material for product.
- Dev new product (new garment/ trims/ fabrics/ machines/ folders…) with price affordable
- Contributing to the development process by proposing alternative product, to fully optimize qualify design, quality and price.
- Creating new products from very first development sketch, control quality, fitting, costing and material useful
- Inspect samples and ensure that they are qualified before sending
- For case in need, must check and approved TOP sample from f’ty before sending out
*Designer skill:
- Give the concept of color/ styleline/fabrication to designer for seasons
- Check, giving out comment and approve new designs before going to start making sample
- Heads up trendy and adjust suitable for company own line

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Age: from 35 - 45
- Full time working
- Bachelor or master in Garment Technology or other related fields.
- Knowledge about die machining and drawing (Pro - E, Creo, CNC/CAD/CAM/Machine shop).
- Good communication by English speaking/ Listening/ writing
- Management skill of mold process.
- At least 3 years at same level
