Mô tả công việc :

 Recruiting worker
- Implementing recruitment works based on company process/ procedure/ policy
- Implementing and follow up the whole process of recruitment including screening, interview, on-boarding, probation, labor contract signing.
- Coordinating with functional depts during the probation and evaluation after probation time
- Doing employees ID card and document control
- Report to supervisors and managers
- Doing other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc :

1. Work experience & knowledge:
- University/ College degree
- At least 1 year experience in HR or Recruitment.
2. Skills & Attitude:
- Communication skill
- Basic English communication skill
- Able to work independently or in team
- Active and enthusiastic
- Can-do attitude & hard working
