Mô tả công việc :

Role purpose
The position is responsible for support the line manager to perform all assigned reports are made with correct data/ figures in line with business requirement.
Key Accountabilities
• Prepare, reconcile data report of new and existing customers for all business channels
• Make general reports as MOF, AVI requirement of operation’s activities
• Make periodic reinsurance reports
• Establish and maintain automated reporting processes to improve the correctness and short TAT
• Cooperate with the line manager to build effective processes/procedures
• Support the line manager to standard company reports
• Analyze databases to find customer needs, claims trend, sales quality to support company’s vision & strategy
• Assist with the development and implementation of Core system to ensure quality of reports.
• Ensure data protection law is being followed
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Yêu cầu công việc :

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, insurance, …
2. Technical/ Professional/ Specific Competency Requirements:
• Patience, high concentration
• Good at mathematics and logical thinking
• Attention to the details
• Good at analyze data & time management skill
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Access applications and computer system
3. Relevant Working Experience
• 2 years of working experience in related position. Has experience in life insurance is a plus.
4. Required Languages
• Fluent Vietnamese
• Good English communication and writing skills
5. Personality Requirements

• Able to work under tight deadlines and high pressure
