*REPORT TO: DIRECTOR
A. Main responsibility
-To generate targeted sales volume and value
-To meet customer satisfaction by controlling customer orders and handling requests and complaints
-To control and coordinate development of new projects and act as communication bridge between customer and internal team
-To seek new customers and increase customer and product base
-To establish good relationship and gain customer loyalty
-To update sales data and monitor customer payment
B. Specification of the Job
- Discussed new design development and followed new project development.
- Offered free item product.
- Performed Survey market to analyzed and determined free item product.
- Visit existing customer, seeking potential customer and monitoring continuous customer credibility.
- Follow up existing project and new project
- Seeking information about competitor.
- Perform effective communication with customer by trying to meet customer satisfaction, handle customer complain, to increase customer satisfaction.
- Calculate selling price and give price bargaining.
Yêu cầu công việc :
1. Formal education : Bachelor Degree / Diploma +
2. Experiences : min 4 years
3. Skill :
- Good sales and interpersonal relationship skills
- Coordination skill to handle customers and projects
- Communication skill in English ( Good)
