Mô tả công việc :
• Set up, develop business plans and achieve sales target for insurance field (non-life insurance).
• Manage and oversee the profitability of business by developing long-term and short-term sales goals and manage to sell cost
• Be in charge of preparing the yearly budget, as well as strategies to achieve business objectives
• Develop and seek new customers according to the companys orientation, long-term strategy, and short-term goals to achieve revenue goals.
• Be responsible for sales target of insurance field with BODs
• Cooperate with HR department in recruiting and training and developing team’s members
• Encourage a strong sense of teamwork, good communication, positive morale, and co-operation throughout the organization;
• Monitor the performance of sales teams by establishing a system of reports and communications including sales reports, cycle sales meetings and account plans;
• Collaborate with other departments to evaluate sales volume, identify trends, ensure quality, and monitor budgets.
Yêu cầu công việc :
• Education: Bachelor Degree, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or relevant
• Min 3 working- years in sales management role in insurance/finance sector.
• Knowledge finance/financial/insurance products: strong leadership skills (building, developing & leading team)
• Work under pressure and ethics, fast learner; good coaching, training and presentation skills
• Strong Japanese & English communication (verbal and written)
• Good computer skill: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
