Mô tả công việc :

* Build customers and market database.

- Reaching out any potential clients via all kind of channels

- Maintain good relationship with prospects

- Increase the number of loyal customers.

- Find and develop new customers.

- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products

* Sale and marketing activities

- Promoting the organization and products

- Building the companys reputation for products and services quality.

* Negociation & Solving conflicts

- Meeting/ site inspection/ contract negotiation

- Ensure to handle the issues, customer complaints about the quality of goods and services to achieve the highest satisfaction.

- Manage special requirements of customers on meeting standards of products.

* Benefit

- Salary + commission: 1000 USD – 1500 USD/month

Yêu cầu công việc :

* Knowledge

- Have knowledge of customers (FDI enterprises in Vietnam, especially from Korea)

- Knowledge of markets and competitors

- Understand the companys goods & business

- Knowledge of Korean culture

* Skills:

- Negotiation & persuasion skills

- Problem solving skills

- Able to develop system & network

- Language skills: fluent in Korean and Vietnamese.

* Quality :

- Having professional ethics (integrity, confidentiality, conscientiousness ...)

- Ability to work under pressure

- Creative, sensitive.

- Decisive

- Be ambitious, enthusiastic in work

* Others

- Willing to travel

- Priority in B2B business Experiences.

- Priority in English for communication & business
