Mô tả công việc :

• Listening to customer requirements, identify customers need and problem and propose appropriately to make a sale
• Schedules promotional work and track sales activities on large complex accounts
• Quotes prices, prepares proposals and provides information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates
• Compiles data on marketing trends, competitive products and pricing and reports to management
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails
• Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
• Reviewing and make report your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
• Together with Sales Manager, Department Managers formulate and prioritize key customers list, objectives, strategy and action plan for each market segment

Yêu cầu công việc :

• At least 3 years of experience in sales job of which is in B2B lubricant sales
• Bachelor degree, major in Chemical, Chemistry is a plus
• Good command of English
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills
• Result oriented, self-confident, hard working
• Ability to work independent and in a team
