* Responsibilities:
- Provide subject-matter expertise on payment, collection, deposits and liabilities products in Vietnam to product sales teams, relationship managers, branches and regional countries.
- Drive new initiatives to grow payment, collection, deposits and liabilities products in balances and customers across the region.
- Work with Technology & Operations to ensure that the cash management products are delivered within agreed service standards
- For new product development, responsible for business requirements, review of functional specifications and participate and sign off on User Acceptance Testings (UATs), along with processes and documentation.
- Develop marketing collaterals, presentations and training materials for commercialising new products and initiatives.
- Work with Product Sales on Request for Proposals (RFPs), customer presentations and meetings and thereafter implementation, for key mandates.
- Provide expertise on Deposits and Liabilities products to stakeholders and partners.
- Provide training on the products to Product Sales, RMs, operations and customers.
- Obtain external recognition of Deposits and Liabilities and win accolades.
- Develop and standardise policies and procedures relating to the operational aspects of the products.
- Review and develop standard terms and conditions of all product applications
Scope of location coverage: HCMC Branch

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in cash product management preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good project management experience
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Experience working with regional teams is an added advantage
- Good technical knowledge of cash management business across product, sales, implementation and operations domain
