Mô tả công việc :

• Monitor and operate Telecommunication software system, and IT systems in general.
• Support solving problems for end-users about IT errors.
• Operate and test new software systems.
• Coordinate with other departments to implement customer care programs.
• Configurate & Operate all product configuration in Singleview core billing

Yêu cầu công việc :

Qualifications & Experience
- University, College degree in Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 5 years experience in Telco
- Have good communication skills, teamwork spirit.
Knowledge and Skills
- Good knowledge about Billing System, Core and VAS network design, GSM and 3GPP specifications, interface protocols, testing and project management
- Experienced in Unix operating system, Windows, Linux, DNS, LDAP, ...
- Experienced in coding, programming, database management: Languages: C#, Java, PHP,…; Database: SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, DB2,…
- Experienced in Web Services like SOAP, REST
Language
- Good presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively with Executives
