Job description:
Manage all planning and operations; provide timely and accurate reporting
Ensure overall accuracy and integrity of financial processes and systems, financial data, management reporting, and adherence to all compliance requirements
Be a key business partner to management
Support stakeholders in reviews of contracts and agreements
Prepare annual budget; budget control and variance analysis on a timely basis
Management and reporting of all tax matters
Management and reporting of all cash flow and banking matters
Responsible for new processes and system implementation
Supervision, management and development of team
Other ad-hoc requests and reports as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc :

Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA)
Computer literate with high proficiency in Microsoft Office
4 years of experience (or more) in finance or accounting, experience with ERP system such as Oracle or SAP is a big plus
Strong accounting and tax knowledge
Independent, matured and ability to manage complex and unstructured environment
Good time management and ability to work in a fast paced and evolving environment
Effective communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Growth hungriness/Learning capacity
Management/leadership Skills
Prior supervisory experience preferred
