Mô tả công việc :

- Reporting to the Design Director
- Design orientated Urban Planner with experience in large scale residential and commercial master plans.
- Experienced in handling the interaction with the client at project level
- Involved in all stages of the projects lifecycle from conceptualization of the master plan, planning task, zoning plan submission at 1/2000 and 1/500 scale
- Able to handle authority submission and co-ordination
- Responsible for coordinating design issues for the projects with associate consultants and external parties to ensure a complete delivery to the client
- Formulate strategies and organise work flow to meet project objectives and deadlines
- Thorough documentation of the projects
- Establish strict quality control procedures to ensure high quality delivery

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Good Degree in Urban Planning or Architecture
- Registered with the local regulatory body
- Strong flair of design
- Good communication skills
- Good command of English
- Keen attention to details.
- Minimum 12 years of experience working in a design consultancy office
- Able to work under pressure to deliver tight deadlines
- Open personality with keen exploratory streak
- Able to rapidly establish interpersonal connections
- Pro-active nature, self starter and able to work inter-dependently
- Strong emphasis on meeting deadlines
- Committed to ensuring high standard of delivery
- Willing to learn and grow personal knowledge
- Expert at handling AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revitt, Photoshop, MS Office: MS Word, Excel, Power Point
