Mô tả công việc :

•Report to Project Manager on progress of works, site issues.
•Assist the Project Manager to arrange the site works and inspection among the team as and when in need.
•Provide prompt supervision to ensure quality and timely completion.
•Supervise the construction of electrical/mechanical works, material delivery to ensure that it is complying with approved material, construction specifications, procedures and design requirements.
•Check the shop drawings submitted by the Contractors and ensure the construction is executed accordingly.
•Coordinate among consultants, site team and Contractors/ Sub-contractors in terms of technical aspects
•Provide guidance in terms of technical aspects to the subordinates in need.

Yêu cầu công việc :

•Engineer degree in relevant recruitment position and have at least 5 years’ site experience in the similar position in high rise building.
•Having experience working for a developer or consultant will be an added advantage.
•Must be able to communicate and write in English.
•Must be able to have good communication and convey the message thoroughly.
•Have construction supervision license would be an added advantage.
•Willing to work overtime.
•Possess positive attitude such as willing to learn, honest, dynamic and good working behavior.
•Strictly follow integrity and anti-corruption policy of the company.
•Perform leadership and promote team work to achieve the target
