Mô tả công việc :

1． Supporting business and products of Supermarket by
- Supporting existing stores to improve business results
- Executing the Store Strategy for all Stores
- Collaborating to activate new store
　　　
2．Improving employee productivity by
- Evaluating and suggesting essential training course for operation staff
3. Assisting in building SM Model which meet customers’ demands by
- Establishing a thorough low-cost operation
- Maximizing sales, assortment of goods

Yêu cầu công việc :

- University/College degree in Economics, Business Management, Industrial Management or related industry
- Good English communication in writing and speaking
- Minimum 2-year experience in retail operation
- Experience in Merchandising is a plus
- A cooperative person with customer-oriented mind
- Dare to take challenge and willing to learn
