Mô tả công việc :

- Manage a full range of tax services of the company
- Participate in business tax advisory and compliance engagements
- Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within the timeframe
- Manage and be responsible for implementing and maintaining Tax control policies and procedures
- Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process.
- Consolidation of all Finance and Accounting reports
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly internal accounting reports, analyses and recommendations to report to direct Superior.
- Create, maintain and promote external relations with local authorities in order to achieve the Company’s compliance with taxes in accordance with local regulations
- Build strong internal relationships within the business tax team and across other services
- Mentoring/coaching and assist junior team members to reach their full potential.
- Provide training, coaching, orientation, training, and disciplinary actions for the Department.
- Other assignments for reporting/tax works and activities by the direct Superior.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- University in Finance and Accounting.
- Chief Accountant Certificate holder certified by MOF.
- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of taxes: CIT, VAT, PIT, FCWT…
- At least 7 years experience in Finance and Accounting of MNC or big organization / 5 years experience in a similar position
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- High level of competence in priority setting, time management, and organizational skills
- Solving problems, Analytical skills with detail orientation
- Proficient in Excel, Knowledge of tax software
