Mô tả công việc :

Objective

- Support Sales Team of Third Party Department in term daily activities, forecasting sales figures as well as assisting coordination with other Departments to fulfill company goal with the compliance with policy and process of company

Reporting participation

- Report to Supervisor/ Head of Third Party Department

Key responsibilities       

- Follow up all Third Party Department ‘s activities to support them on the time including: meeting follow-up, preparation of team building activities, purchasing uniforms & stationery, keeping track time sheet, ...

- Making sales report and other reports to Head of Third Party Department when required

- Making monthly payment and cash advance for Third party and follow up to process on time

- Assist & follow up the preparation of documentation for sales policies & projects if any

- Supporting in ordering POSM, stationary for Third party as sale plan and ensuring providing timely.

- Supporting in all issue regarding to document, application,...

- Assist preparation of periodic Sales Report (monthly, quarterly or annually)

- Keep track of sales reports from provinces, region… to assist them on-time 

- Sending report to Third Party and support Third party in all relevant issues

- Cooperate with other departments to ensure working efficiency

- Ensure all issues from Sales admin consistency, was controlled well.

- Undertake other admin tasks required by Head of Third Party Department.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Background

- University Graduate, major: Business Administration, Marketing or relevant areas

- At least 01 year experience working in Sales Admin position, preferably working in banking or financial institution

- Experience in sales network support is a plus

- Understand of banking products & services

Skills

- Good oral & verbal communication skill

- Proactive, interpersonal & negotiation skills

- Time management skill

- Well-organized, detailed skill

- Ability to work under high pressure 

- Integrity & honesty

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
