Mô tả công việc :

- To carry out training activities in the dyehouse for new comers to make sure that all new operators should be qualified and passed the examination for their job positions
- To carry out re-training activities for current operators to make sure that they have been updated to new requirement and knowledge that are necessary for their jobs, as well as any changes in the working instructions and procedures
- To carry out daily check to make sure that all operators are following working instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that they have been trained
- To make recommendations to management on ways of improving training manuals, courses, instructions
- To support the management team in the investigation of technical issues in the dyehouse, as well as to train shift supervisors and operators about corrective actions immediately when required
- To follow all instructions of the management team.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Colour Physics – Basic level (colour theory, prescreening rules).
- 5S Housekeeping principles.
- College graduation.
- Proficient in basic use of CF2000E Dyesect, Recipe management, WFT manager.
- Proficient in use of Sedo planboard and monitoring.
- Proficient in use of LEIMS softwares.
- Proficient in operation of all machines and equipment in the dyehouse.
- Proficient in WFT analysis.
- Proficient in solving common technical issues in the dyehouse.
- Able to read and understand technical documents in English.
- Presentation skills.
- Good communication skills.
