Mô tả công việc :

The UAT Testing Coordinator is responsible for establishing test criteria based on business requirements or user stories such as performance, operational readiness, and other non-functional requirements. It will be a highly collaborative environment where developers, testers, and stakeholders work together as a team to deliver the best possible software using Agile methodology to ensure the best product adaptation before delivery.
Responsibilities
• Coordinating testing between IT and the business to make sure that there are no conflicts;
• Ensuring the quality of the development testing outcome;
• Creating meeting minutes, user manuals, and relevant documents;
• Preparing training materials and delivering the content to users;
• Creating workflow diagrams;
• Supporting applications’ users via a helpdesk system, escalating to appropriate action parties in cases of urgency;
• Collecting test results and categorizing feedback from product users, and transferring them to the development team.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• University degree in an IT, business, or finance area is a plus;
• 2+ years’ previous experience as a UAT Testing Coordinator;
• Strong English skills (especially speaking and writing), good at presentations, and information delivery;
• Outstanding PC skills, strong familiarity with MS Office, and related products;
• Strong analysis, evaluation, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to review business documentation.
