Mô tả công việc :

The job holder will be in charge of shipping documents for customers & support administration jobs with the following main duties.
- Follow & collect for complete shipping docs sending to customers/bank (payment LC)
- Support doing payment request for related docs to suppliers
- Be in charge of administration for team
- Support & back-up for people in the team to accomplish team goals

Yêu cầu công việc :

- University degree relating Foreign Trade, Logistics, Import-Export, International Trade
- Must have experience of handling container shipping, custom clearance, composing bill of lading.
- Have profound knowledge of container shipping market in Vietnam.
- Intermediate/Advanced English level
- Careful in working with documents
- Good communication & problem-solving skills
- Agile, flexible in handling jobs
