Mô tả công việc :

• Organize and administer the Accounting Department in accordance with the business organization and development of the Company and the provisions of the Accounting Law.
• Be responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
• Work with Audit Company/ Tax Office & other functional units;
• Inspect and supervise financial revenues and expenditures, collection and payment obligation and debt clearance, the management and use of assets and asset-forming sources.
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Fixed Assets management, Cost Accounting & Payroll processing
• Review and analyze monthly performance, monthly forecast and annual budget
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure statutory compliance with regulatory requirements and tax agent to handle corporate tax
• Work closely with managements & headquarter to provide information and analysis to facilitate business decisions
• Job costing analysis
• Cash flow management
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc :

· Min. diploma/degree in Accounting with at least 5 years working experience in management position, prior experience in an logistics industry will be added advantageous
· Excellent analytical and financial skills
· Proficient in MS Office
· A team player with strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills
· Able to work independently with minimum guidance
· Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and in fast paced environment
· Proficient in both written and spoken in English
