Mô tả công việc :

Strategy and Planning
• Identify, diagnosis, and resolve Level one problems for users of assigned systems.
• Provides one-on-one end-user problem resolution face to face or over the phone.
• Monitor system performance, verify that systems are working properly
• Perform Business Analyst role to understand all Change Requests business raised on the assigned applications.
• Raise Project Initiation Form (PIF) for all the system Change Requests made and obtain approval of the BU Requestor
• Accountable for timely and accurate Change Requests status reporting for the release
Business Performance and Management
• Assess the current status of the incident, give direction to solve the problem in a short time.
• Complies with regional standards, ensuring that the development / processing of system errors minimizes the impact on business units.
• Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time
People Management
• Create a close bond between the members of the IT team.
• Develops, builds and leads an effective and cohesive regional team that operates seamlessly across Vietnam.
Regulatory Compliance
• Ensures all Group CIMB VietNam operations are in compliance with Group, local and regional regulations
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and external auditors

Yêu cầu công việc :

Relevant Work Experience
• At least 3 years of software development experiences
• At least 2 years of experience of providing system integration solutions
• Experiences in Banking / Insurance is an advantage
Technical/Functional skills:
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
• Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript)
• Experience with databases, data modelling, complex SQL query
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
• Attention to detail
Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership])
• Strong presentation and influencing skills, required in guiding and assisting teams in putting forward proposals for clients, whenever necessary
• Dynamic, honest
• Willing to learn new things
• Ability to communicate well
