Mô tả công việc :

Making project schedule matched with launching time requirement from BOD
Able to lead and work with architects to ensure project follow approved schedule
Coordinate with designers, consultants, Marketing Department to design projects that match with customer requirement.
Have ability to generate idea(s) to improve project with cost control.
Ability to work with other departments to ensure all submission procedure follow company launching schedule and get construction license on time
Review each stages’ submission drawings and construction documents following PMH’s check list and requirements
Coordinate with construction contractors and engineers during the construction phase
Working with designer and suppliers for checking and approving shop drawings.
Ability to deal with difficult design issue and pushing schedule
Give out solution for design issue during design stage and construction stage

Yêu cầu công việc :

University graduation major in Architecture
Good at English
Proficiency in computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, word, sketchUp, autoCAD
5+ years or more experience in Design field
Good at communication skill,
Ability to lead to design coordination meeting,
Ability to work in high work load and to run project with time limited…
