Mô tả công việc :

• Work closely with account team to schedule and monitor all projects.
• Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines
• Determine how best to represent a concept visually.
• Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use for event or activation projects.
• Develop the overall look or style of a publication, advertising campaign
• Develop and manage the creative team
• Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by staff members before production.
• Talk to clients to develop an artistic approach and style.
• Directly present designs to clients for approval.
• Personally work on the graphic development of the whole product as a part of team.
Subordinates: Graphic Designers, Graphic Design Supervisors
Other key relationships: Clients, Management team

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Bachelors degree in advertising, design, graphic arts and/or related experience
• At least 4 years agency experience in a deadline orientated environment and 2 years in the same position.
• A very strong professional portfolio
SKILLS:
• Having keen skills of graphic design and relevant software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, 3D Max, Cimena 4D and other programs)
• Strong ideation and conceptual ability
• Having a extensive awareness of current trends in advertising and graphic design.
• Leadership, teamwork, goal oriented, detail oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
• Handling stressful situations and deadline pressure well.
• Having an organised, structured and methodical work style
• Communication and presentation skill
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends
