Mô tả công việc :

Major responsibilities:
 - Supervise office operations
 - Manage multiple engagements and other related activities
 - Work closely with engagement teams and client personnel
 - Manage client expectations and deliverables
 - Mentor/coach and assist staff and senior colleagues in reaching their full potential
 - Develop effective relationship with clients, key contacts and lead business development process
 - Lead firm efforts on initiatives and encourage staff participation
 - Keep abreast of professional development and regularly expand technical competence

Yêu cầu công việc :

 - Thorough knowledge of current auditing techniques
 - Five years of relevant work experience preferred (big 4 experience is a plus)
 - Experience of the entire audit process
 - Understanding of IFRS and local GAAP
 - Detailed understanding of risk-based auditing and risk and control strategies
 - Understanding of Quality and Risk Management (Q&RM) procedures
 - Compliance with and understanding of regulatory requirements
 - Track record with a blue chip audit firm
 - Professional accountancy qualification
 - Strong academy record including a degree
- Vietnam citizen
