Mô tả công việc :

Product: Battery station (for E-Motorbike) installation and operation.
1) Strategy management:
- Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives of company.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for a new product in the Vietnam market, including: brand strategy, business development, corporate partnership.
2) Market management:
- Analysis of the market and proposal for the product setup and continues improvement.
- Develop and to make sure those are in line with MBI business goals.
- Drive product development and future process efficiency.
- Monitor the technical infrastructure and along with the IT department propose changes.
- Propose new development projects to drive the productivity and revenue.
- Analyze the market trends, and changes in legislation, propose new changes in pricing and products.
- Develop partner relationships with providers and partners necessary for business development.
3) Budget management:
- Budgeting and cost planning.
4) Others:
- Any others additional task and duties as required by the GM.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelor degree or above in business, ICT or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of English written and spoken.
- Reliable reputation in the market.
- Attention in details.
- Able to work independently and to organize herself /himself.
- Able to work under stress and in an international environment.
