Mô tả công việc :

• Planning and implementing Sales activities aligning Company’s business plan
• Supporting in planning and execution of relevant Marketing activities and research
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements
• Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
• Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Negotiating on price and costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
• Being prudent and honest evaluation and recommendation of customer’s credibility
• Being responsible for ensuring prices to achieve targeted profit and to obtain approval by Sale Manager for special pricing
• Gathering market and customer information
• Being responsible for the smooth operation of individual units, constantly aware of development within the company and market development
• Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
• Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Graduated from University (Bachelor degree) or equivalent- especially in Business Administration, Economics or related fields
• Good communication skills in English (both written and oral)
• Good organization and problem solving skills.]
• Good planning and negotiation skills
• At least 3-5 year of Sales experience. Preferably with IT industry experience
• Having an ability to work in high pressure
• Being available to travel domestic and abroad.
