Mô tả công việc :

This position will principally be responsible for the development of Telco & Retail Distribution business in Vietnam. This includes building up the strategy and action plan, setting up business capability and partner network across the country, under the direction of the Chubb Vietnams Headd of Accident & Health (A&H) Division and Country President.
* MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Base on high level of knowledge about Telco & Retail markets, competitive landscape and Chubbs capability and business model, formulate and drive the strategy of Telco & Retail Distribution as well as recommend measurable profitable production objectives which can be achieved through approved Telco & Retail Distribution; action plan and implement tactical steps necessary to ensure financial & strategic plans are met for all business partners;
• Be responsible for related system set up in Vietnam to grow the business, with the support from local and regional teams where necessary;
• Proactively initiate and coordinates with business partners in identifying, implementing, evaluating, determining and responding to their business opportunities and needs. Coordinates with all products underwriting personnel, at Country and Regional Level to enhance the existing products, to design new products, and to finalize the solicitation material;
• Closely manage and serve the assigned business partners to meet the business objectives and the set of companys financial requirement;
• Keep identifying new opportunities when there is a change in business partners products/distributions;
• Develop and maintain positive and substantive dialogues with business partners and own internal products and operations;
• Assists with the production of standard reports on a regular basis as required;
• In conjunction with relevant managers, train and develop effective work team;
• Develop and maintain a continuous program of self-improvement in conjunction with relevant management;
• Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned;
• Generally create a Chubb market presence by active participation in the development of Chubb Vietnam;
• Other works to be assigned from time to time;
• Oversee to develop the IPL business through Telco & Retail Distribution Channels;
• Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.

* REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education:
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Economic / Trading / Banking / Business Management or related fields
2. Desirable background and experience:
• 5 years experienced or more in the insurance industry and relevant industries;
• Relationship with MNO / MNO service providers, affinity groups, retail chains, alternative distribution channels and business partners as appropriate;
• Experience in Digital Marketing is a plus.
3. Knowledge, skills and abilities:
• Good selling skills and project management skill are required;
• Ability ot conduct the insurance training courses to equip our Partners/ Sponsors/ Sales Networks employees with general insurance knowledge and Chubb Insurance products to market and sell A&H / IPL products;
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and successfully execute objectives with minimal supervision;
• Well-organized and attention to detail;
• Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and resolve problems;
• Ability to present to internal / external groups and influence strategic direction;
• Knowledge, skills and abilities - proficient user in MS Excel skills, preferred if have some knowledge of MS ACCESS, good communication skills, excellent time management skills;
• Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good written and spoken English is essential.
