Mô tả công việc :

• Be responsible for delivering high quality service to clients
• Deliver result to achieve target
• Develope customer database and work closely with them to understand their needs to serve/ develop a loyal and powerful relationship
• Networking, headhunting and through referrals
• Have knowledge & skill to build team and be a good sample for others
• Manage & track up daily operation job to ensure high quality & effeciency
• Ensure the recruitment speed and results of the assigned vacancies are efficient with regards to turn around time and candidate’s quality

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Passion to win, think big & start from small
• Experience in similar position in Recruitment / Business development. But new graduates with business mind & passion can be considered
• Proven, demonstrable successful track record in business development
• Excellent CAN-DO attitude and communication skill
• Customer service oriented and result oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, out-going & flexible
