Mô tả công việc :

Responsiblities:
* Managing 2S Div. business (profit and loss)
* Making business plan for 2S div. for short-term, mid-term & long-term
* Responsible for all activities relating to 2S div.
* System management
* Report to Division Director (a Vietnamese)

Yêu cầu công việc :

1. Education & Language Skills:
* University degree and above
* Fluent English (written & verbal)
2. Professional Experience:
* Able to design and proceed the appropriate policy, based on current and future market condition (Politics, Economics, Culture, Technologies)
* Able to make concrete hypothesis and activity plan, to proceed, review and take counteractions based on above policies
* Have knowledge and experiences of human resources development
