JOB DESCRIPTION
• 负责全面信贷业务审查和管理；To be responsible for comprehensive credit business review and management
• 对现有和潜在客户的各种信用资料及数据进行信用分析，包括收集、分析和解释；To conduct credit analyses including gathering, analyzing and interpreting all types of credit information and data on existing and prospective customers
• 评估、监测、控制以及减少客户信用风险及相关风险；To assess, monitor, control and mitigate customer credit risk and related risks
• 监督与管理整个贷款过程；To oversee and manage the entire lending process
• 建立和管理信贷档案；To establish and manage customer credit files
• 负责相关报表和报告的编制和上报；To be responsible for compiling and submitting all kinds of related reports
• 其他由部门主管交办的任务；To perform other related jobs required by supervisors

Yêu cầu công việc :

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 全日制本科及以上学历；Full-time Bachelor degree or above in economics, finance, banking
• 具有较深厚的经济、金融理论背景；Background in banking industry is preferred
• 从事类似岗位至少3年以上的工作经验；Having at least 3 years recruitment experience in a similiar role
• 掌握关于银行的法律知识如越南银行法、公司法、担保法等；Having thorough legal knowledge about bank such as Vietnamese Bank Law, Company Law, Guarantee Law, etc
• 具备较好的沟通能力，注重细节，具有较强的分析能力；Communication skills; detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• 流利的中文听说读写能力,有一定英文水平优先；Fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, writing, reading skills) ,have a certain level of English is preferred
• 具有较强的个人组织能力和团队协作精神；Ability to work independently and have team working spirit
