Mô tả công việc :

We are looking for candidates for Sales Executive positon at GPA Counseling, GPA Camps, GPA English Center and HCMC Branch.
Position summary:
Sales Executive builds relationship with parents and students to consult/advise on GPA’s programs such as skill courses, camp programs and study abroad planning to support students in talent development. This position will work with other departments to implement yearly business planning to reach target customers and achieve the KPIs.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Counseling responsibilities:
- Work closely with students and parents to give proper advise and consultation about programs
- Provide excellent customer service and comprehensive knowledge about programs
- Conduct presentation to introduce programs
- Update and maintain the database record
- Develop recruitment planning with Managers
- Report to Managers on sales performance and market trend
2. Marketing responsibilities:
- Participate actively in marketing activities such as event’s preparation and execution
- Collaborate closely with Marketing team to develop planning and strategy for marketing Campaign

Working hour: 44 hours/week, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm from Monday to Friday and half Saturday

- Head office D2 Giang Vo Building, Ba Dinh District.
- GPA English Center, 17 Son Tay, Ba Dinh District
- GPA English Center, 219 Trung Kinh, Cau Giay District
- HCMC Branch: 150 Le Thi Hong Gam, 1st District, HCMC.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelor qualifications in business, marketing, linguistics.
- High-level of communication skills, writing and speaking
- Ability to analyse, interpret or evaluate information
- Positive, open-minded and eager to learn attitude
- Ability to coop with pressure, handle multiple tasks and work in team
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including negotiation, liaison, and cross-cultural communication
- Having experienced in education field such as sales executive at English Centers or Study abroad Consulting companies is a must.
- As for Sales Executive at GPA Counseling: IELTS (General) with a score of at least 6.0 or equivalent, having study abroad knowledge is a plus.
