Mô tả công việc :
Planning:
● Develop short and long-term tactical business plans to maximize growth and profitability in country, ensuring alignment with goals and targets set by Asia /SBU.
● Coordinate common customer commercial strategies with Healthcare, Implants and Orthodontics if they are present in country
Implementation:
● Carry Profit & Loss responsibilities and develop effective sales strategies for achieving revenue targets and business objectives.
● Lead location teams to develop and implement business strategies for the country to achieve financial plan, profit margins and projected goals.
● Collaborate with regional Marketing team to ensure smooth implementation of strategic marketing plans and promotional activities.
● Work closely with Asia support teams (HR, Supply Chain, IT, QARA) to ensure plan alignment and achievement of shared objectives.
● Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities in country.
● Gather market intelligence and competitor activities.
● Establish and sustain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, industry bodies, customers, dealers and relevant government departments and officials.
● Set and monitor standards for customer service to sustain customer satisfaction.
● Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and company, requirements and standards.
● Establish and maintain key operational processes that are efficient, effective and compliant with regional/ corporate policies and/or guidelines.
● Any other tasks and duties assigned by your line manager.
Management & Leadership:
● Lead the team, in accordance with the Mission Vision and Values, in a way which empowers others, builds a coalition, and inspires others to become leaders.
● Monitor team achievement to target, KPI’s and tasks completion and adjust plans and provide coaching as required to ensure target achievement.
● Develop the skills and abilities of direct reports so they are able to deliver optimal performance needed to meet changing business needs, and to prepare successors.
● Assist Sales Managers with important sales activities and act as direct client contact to address and resolve client concerns when escalated by team.
● Leads customer service, regulatory, marketing and any other support functions located in country, acts as service provider to other SBU’s located in country.
Yêu cầu công việc :
● University of pharmacy or medicine degree, additional business education is an advantage
● 10+ years relevant work experience with demonstrated P&L Management, leadership or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
● Reliable and able to work for long hours without supervision, enthusiastic, positive, determined and flexible
● Good knowledge at reproduction products
● Proficient at the provision of Family Planning (FP) and sexual reproductive health (SRH) services
● Strong commercial leader (establish clear targets, incentives, account abilities)
● Ability to balance priorities and resources for businesses that he/she is directly accountable for as well as those that there is no specific reporting line.
● Collaborative approach that is balanced with a drive for results and a sense of urgency.
● Believes in doing the best for the Company and understands the complexity of evaluating options and problem solving while keeping the Company’s best interests first.
● Able and willing to travel locally and overseas
