Mô tả công việc :

• Fully understand and coordinate with clients to get their requirements.
• Receive new orders, communicate and follow up with production coordination team.
• Make sure sending the order and confirming with production coordinator who get the right requirements or orders all the time.
• Keep client informed of order progress and ensure clients satisfaction.
• Communicate with overseas offices daily.
• Monitor and confirm for order receiving and feedback with client.
• Deal with clients complains.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Over 1 year of related experience, background in garment or other related background is preferred
• Excellent oral & written English communication
• Great inter-personal and team work spirit
• Responsible at work
• Willing to work in fast-paced, high pressure environment
