Mô tả công việc :

JOB PURPOSE:
• Promote the conformity and the operational efficiency of quality system in the assigned distribution center with quality objectives and policies of the company based on GSP standard
• Manage and control all Quality activities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Final decision on the release or rejection of vaccines/ pharmaceutical products which are imported from overseas manufacturers
• Site Quality Assurance with Good Storage Practices Standard
o Verification that facilities, utilities, equipment, cleaning, transport processes are qualified and validated
o Verification that quality training and personnel qualification programs are managed
o Management of quality documentation, including creation or/ and review/ approval of documentation with GSP impact and record retention and archival
o Deviation and failure investigation
o Follow-up of corrective and preventive actions programs
o Complaint investigation
o Return handling & Coordination of product recalls
• Quality Management of Third Parties
o Management of sub-contractor: audit, qualification, approval
o Quality agreement approval
• Inspection/ Audit management
o Management of self-inspection
o Management of audits and regulatory inspections

Yêu cầu công việc :

Education:
• Pharmaceutical University degree.
Experience & knowledge:
Experience:
• Mandatory:
• 5 years at minimum of professional experience in GSP Warehouse management .
• 3 years at minimum of professional experience in Quality Assurance management
• Beneficial: Professional experience in a foreign country. Auditor training
Knowledge:
• English: Fluent (oral & written communication)
• Proficiency in MS Office / knowledge in SAP is a plus
• Business analysis/Distribution Channel including financial flow and physical flow
