Mô tả công việc :

+ Build standard Distributor Management System and deploy it properly to all distributors (30%)
- Work with IM BU to develop the distributor management system (DMS) based on business needs
- Be the first point of contact for all process and system related questions and issues with IM BU/area
- Resolve business system related questions
- Coordinate and ensure on-time and adequate business testing of system
+Ensure the DMS in good operation as AkzoNobel standard (30%)
- Ensure processes and systems are used in the best manner to enable operational efficiency
- Roll-out scheduled maintenance and audit
- Do trouble shooting
- Work with IM BU to resolve systematic issues
+ Ensure all key users operate DMS well and compliance to AkzoNobel requirement (30%)
- Train key users on business process and business systems (for functional area) in local language
- Train and assist users in logging calls to IM
- Evaluate the users’ capability to execute coaching plan
- Identify and do proper action plans to ensure the compliance executed
+Continuously improve productivity (10%)
- Reduce complexity and increase efficiency of processes and systems
- Increase success and speed of process and system change deployment
- Ensure business driven continuous improvement and harmonization of processes and systems
- Advise in process improvement initiatives
- Act as a contact point in the business for IM, making sure changed / new functionality customized as business need are deployed successfully

Yêu cầu công việc :

- At least 05 years in IT or equivalent position with proven ability
- Working knowledge of the systems where these processes and applications are running on (e.g. SAP, CRM, etc.)
- Experienced in being an ERP key user, process coach or support is an advance
- University graduated with IT background. Master is a plus
- Good knowledge of processes and applications in functional area(s) of expertise
- Knowledge of integration points with other functional areas regarding these processes and applications.
- Good English both verbal and written
- Excellence computer skills
