>> Your mission would be:
- Handling Customer requirements
- Requirements Importing & Attributes Creation
- Linking Customer Requirement with System specifications
- Working with System Architecture design
- Requirements Linking and evaluation
- Working with Process Quality report and closing the open items
- Content based review for Requirements Management
- Customer & project stake holder Meetings
- Support domain competency development initiatives
- Project status reporting to customer & Customer Presentation
- Contribute to technical discussions and problem analysis
- Knowledge sharing, problem solving, competency support
- Update and self-study design/tool skills and method, products to build up new competency for the team
- Continuous Improvement in productivity and efficiency
- Timely communication and response to customer
- Improve project tracking, processes, procedure, guidelines
- Willing to take additional activities for the team, group

Yêu cầu công việc :

>> A good match would have:
- Graduated in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- 4 to 8 years experience
- Hands on experience in Requirements analysis and management preferably with automotive domain
- Strong engineering fundamentals & exposure to various manufacturing processes
- Advance in communication skills and above (including English, Japanese and soft skill)
- Logical and analytical thinking, problem solving
- Taking Initiatives and ability to work as a team
- Able to travel onsite on short notice based on the project requirements
- Knowledge in Automotive Quality process & Safety-standards
- Knowledge in steering systems & DOORS are preferred
- Awareness to ISO26262 and ASPICE will be added advantage
- Highly enthusiastic, motivated & result oriented
- Good discipline, positive thinking, teamwork spirit
