Mô tả công việc :

- Establish the manufacturing process for leading composite material in the aviation field.
- Design of tool and jig for curing and machining
- Consideration and technical judgement of the countermeasure for non-conformity
- Process improvement for mass production
- Communication/Discussion with overseas customer

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Graduated from Engineering or Science University
- Enough experience as leader to lead the engineering task and develop staff
- English skill for technical discussion and conversation
- General knowledge of development, manufacturing and quality
- Making drawing with CAD.
- Logical thinking to resolve technical issue in terms of engineering
- Effective and efficient performance based on PDCA
- Hard negotiation skill to interested party
