Fulfilment by Lazada (“FBL”) offers the best fulfilment and transport service experience for Sellers/Brands selling through the Lazada platforms. Our aim is build a seamless technology and reporting infrastructure to serve our clients.
As FBL Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
• Manage daily end to end FBL operational processes, standards, performances and service quality.
• Manage Seller KPI, build tracking & performance reporting
• Develop business improvement processes with fulfilment team, share best practices with our ventures
• Monitor Seller experience (Seller NPS), provide recommendations for tracking & improvement projects
• Drive and support automation projects (reporting, first mile)
• Be good at conflicts management, communication and stakeholder management in the whole chain of FBL. Leading weekly and bi-weekly meeting with main stakeholders (Customers, Commercial, Fulfillment, Finance etc.) for performance review are required
• Manage FBL data and reports, conduct data analysis for decision making support
• Experience all functions/process steps of FBL as sellers for seller’s experience improvement initiatives (both in operational processes and web functionalities)
• Support key FBL sellers to solve complex problems of FBL

Yêu cầu công việc :

▪ Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Industrial Engineering/Management, Business Management, Logistics & supply chain management or others but confident to join are welcome
▪ At least 3 years working experience in logistics and supply chain or high-tech, multinational companies
▪ Must have “CAN-DO” attitude, open for change and continuous improvement mindset
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
▪ Must good at process mapping, data analysis and presentation
▪ Good at lean-six-sigma problem solving/SQL/Access/Excel VBA programming: is a plus
▪ Be resilient, proactive, multi-task, multi-skills and teamwork
