Mô tả công việc :

Make plans for Export FCL Department and analyze export consol market.
- Monitor the Export FCL Department.
- Evaluate overseas agents and propose agent appointments for handling business.
- Liaise with sales and document team, and overseas agent to handle export boxes.
- Negotiate with carriers, oversea agents to obtain best buying rate and maintain pricing data.
- Respond promptly to customers’ and sales teams inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customers’ claims.
- Report to Branch Director as required.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Male/Female, Under 30 year old
- At least 2 years of working experience in required position
- Good computer skills and knowledge in freight forwarding field
- Good management skills
- Dynamic, hard-working, high sense of responsibility
