Working with Prudential as Campaign Senior Officer means becoming a part of a prestigious global financial services group and an exciting vision: to be the leader in helping customers achieve their long-term financial goals. You will be the champion to deliver some tasks below:
- Assist Head of FORM in oversight of all risks and the ongoing compliance with the PVA risk framework, policies and standards;
- Provide ongoing monitoring, reviews and assessment of the risk-taking activities of the first line of defence;
- Timely escalate risk and compliance issues relating to PVA risk framework, policies and standards to Head of FORM & PCA Risk, where required;
- Develop and continuously reviewing an annual working plan for PVA, aligned to PVA business plan and risk framework. Managing the delivery of the annual plan;
- Manage the daily works of the Operational Risk team and shadow Financial Risk/BCP/IRM teams;
- Manage a team of 3+ people;
- Being risk coordinator for Risk team;
- Other assignment(s) as requested from time to time by Head of FORM;

Yêu cầu công việc :

Qualifications:
- University degree;
- At least 10 years relevant experience with audit, compliance or operational risk management background, preferably in banking/insurance industry;
Knowledge and skill:
- Strong analytical & critical thinking skills
- Strong written & verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with all levels of the organization
- Excellent spoken and written English
