Mô tả công việc :

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Classifying new fixed assets on monthly basis and reconciling with the approved investment budget and accounting books.
- Make sure fixed assets are affixed tags properly.
- Tracking FA input and output US GAAP & VAS
- When asset increasing or decreasing collection full set of document for filling is required: invoice, custom declaration, inspection minute, PO, PR, payment and additional system oracle.
- Justifying fixed assets write off proposal from requester
- Monthly depreciation running and impairment, retirements in needed
- Monthly updated CAPEX template Google drive.
- Monthly reconciliation CAPEX budget on actual spending and forecast.
- Monthly balance sheet review monthly for FA currently between sub and GL matching.
- Physical count once a year for each asset or on request.
- Working with Operation team to support Ops team to review/prepare the AFE (Authorized For Expenditures) and tracking the actual spending.
- Tracking the warranty on the contract of buying Fixed Assets for maintenance.

Yêu cầu công việc :

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- More than 1 years accounting experience
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Understanding of applicable computer systems, Microsoft Office is a must. Google Docx, Spreadsheet, Slides skill is an advantage.
- Good organizational and attention to detail skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
