Mô tả công việc :

- Check, process & post all journal entries into accounting software to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable/ payable
- Analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
- Conducts physical inventories, assets and monitors cycle count program
- Review/ control of expenses
- Be responsible for monthly payroll
- Prepare & submit monthly & quartly tax reports
- Prepare & submit monthly internal management accounting reports
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Other assignments as requested from Chief Accountant

Yêu cầu công việc :

- At least 5 – 7 years of experience in the same position
- Experience in manufacturing/ Retail is an advance
- Excellent in MS office
- Numerical skill
- Result oriented, good communication and enthusiastic person
- English
- Working address: 254 De Tham, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, District 1, HCMC.
- Working time: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM everyday, off Saturday, Sunday
