Mô tả công việc :

1. Manage the policy system of operational risks management
- Evaluate, propose to the director and implement an operational risk management framework
- Propose the operational risk management solutions on the basis of appraising and evaluating regulations, and specialized work
2. Manage the monitoring, analysis, measurement and reporting of operational risks
- Monitor operational risks at business units
- Analyze and assess the situation, the impact of risks on business activities; warn the potential risks, propose the mitigative solutions and prevent the risks of operating in the system.
- Report on the situation throughout the system
3. Develop databases, operational risk management and measurement tools
- Create and systematize the database of operational risks
- Develop software, tools and operational risk management methods
- Implement and maintain risk measurement methods that operate according to international standards (SA, Revised SA, AMA)
4. Prevent the fraud
- Update the fraud prevention framework, implement the preventive measure and handle the fraud situations
5. Manage business operation
- Develop a policy framework, process and guidance on business management
- Plan business management, crisis, restore the system when there are risks
- Develop a communication plan, communication response
6. Manage information security and technology risks
- Develop, implement and coordinate with the IT department to update information security management policies, implement measures to handle and minimize technology risks
7. Manage workflow and human resources
- Manage, assign work, monitor, evaluate, propose reward and discipline with employees
- Recruit, construct and train the staffs

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelors degree or Above, prefer a Masters degree or above
- At least 8 years of experience in building and implementing operational risk management, should have at least 3 years experience in a management position
- English proficiency
- Knowledge of operational risk management, business activities and regulations on Vietnamese and international laws on operational risk management
- Ability in leadership skills and training staffs
