The position is to achieve sales targets promoting the company’s products and services in the Centre and South of Vietnam. Market channels of reference: Ho.Re.Ca, Offices, Retail, Domestic.
We are ONLY looking for motivated people with a very high working spirit and interest in growing together with the company. We look for a person that has academic and professional background in hospitality and has studied or worked abroad or in an international environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
2. Searching and visiting potential customers for new business opportunities, negotiating the terms of agreements with new and potential customers.
3. Acting as reference contact between the Company and the existing and potential customers.
4. Gathering market and customer information.
5. Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
6. Develop and maintain company’s branding and identity on all marketing channels such as website, Facebook page, Google Plus etc.
7. Work with Sales & Marketing team to brainstorm and define effective marketing and advertising strategies.
8. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.
9. Searching and visiting potential customers for new business opportunities. Market channels of reference: Offices, Retail, Domestic.
10. Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
11. Advising on forthcoming product development.
12. Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
13. Make Sales Order, collect cash from customer and make daily report.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Candidates must demonstrate significant ability in managing the sales process, meeting revenue targets and critical deadlines. This position requires high level of communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Furthermore:
- Self-manage working schedule (in line with necessary business trips) to bring out positive sales, results;
- Proactive in approaching and follow-up with potential customers.
- Capable of delivering customers satisfaction.
- Always be active and independent at work.
Fresh student is acceptable.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Industry market salary and very good incentive based on results. Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work closely with Hanoi Head Office to implement sales and marketing activities.
Travel opportunities for business and training.
The Sales Executive will be trained about coffee and basic coffee preparation, F&B, sales and networking skills.
Working Adress: Punto Italia Showroom, No.75 Cao Trieu Phat, Tan Phong, District 7 (Phu My Hung area).
