OBJECTIVES YOU NEED TO GET WITH THIS JOB
- Be the head and hands to make decision for the human capital investment of the company
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Align human strategy with business strategies
- Plan the human strategy with the input from the strategy of the whole company & of each business
- Review, revise and update the strategy in time with the change of the business
- Advise each business on implementing human plans on different situations
Define the operation of the workforce to maximize the effectiveness
- Research and propose the most effective operation form/ structure of workforce for the whole company and for each business
- Analyse and manage the effectiveness of the workforce in different situations to propose just-in-time adjustments
Manage all HR expertises:
- Be responsible or manage team to perform all HR expertises (Talent acquisition, Employer Branding, Compensation & - Benefits, Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Office Management) as periodical objectives of the company & each business with the end goal of employee’s satisfaction
- Research and customize trending practices to enhance the HR services to international standard

Working experience:
- Years of experiences: at least 4 years working in HR or HR-related positions, ready to take leadership role
Skills:
- Soft skills requirement: Influence, Communication, Analytical thinking
- Personality: Passionate about people development
