1.0. General Description
You will be able to search/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions; he/she also creates, reviews, reformat technical Job descriptions and support Operation Team Leader in resource planning and forecasting.
2.0 Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
2.1. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
2.2. Foster long-term relationships with candidates
2.3. Review and understand technical job requirements
2.4. Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
2.5. Create, review, update detailed job descriptions
2.6. Follow up with candidates
2.7. Maintain, expand and update CVs pool
2.8. Participate in recruitment activities/ events and/or branding the company name

Yêu cầu công việc :

3.1. Work Experience
3.1.1. [Mandatory] More than 2 years in the recruitment field
3.1.2. [Preferred] Experience in technical recruitment based on understanding SW technology
3.1.3. [Preferred] Experience in training and development, performance management and evaluation, compensation
3.2. Educational background
3.2.1. Bachelor degree (4 years degree in University) or above
3.3. Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes
3.3.1. [Mandatory] Knowledge of whole process of recruitment
3.3.2. [Preferred] Knowledge of job analysis and evaluation
3.3.3. [Preferred] Knowledge of IT industry
3.3.3. [Mandatory] Ability to speak and write in English (Upper Intermediate)
3.3.4. [Mandatory] Ability to communicate with managers and employees excellently
3.3.5. [Mandatory] Ability to use various Microsoft software programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
3.3.6. [Mandatory] Attitude to complete missions with responsibility and initiative
