Actively seek opportunities for business development within the defined regions
Be responsible for heading up their expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients
Manage and build strong relationships with relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend
Plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets
Meets assigned sales targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned regions
Work closely with Marketing department to compliment sales initiatives and enhance company positioning
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of features, benefits, and technical aspects of the full product lines
Provide daily management, prioritizes market opportunities and strategic oversight
Yêu cầu công việc :
MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in International Business/ International Economic Relations/Foreign Trade
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Sales Management and/or Business Development
Strong knowledge in Textile industry is required
Extensive experience working in international environment
Fluent in English and MS Office
Strong organization management skills with the ability to collaborate with people
Establish track record of success with the planning of both strategic and tactical execution including development of individualized business plans to increase revenue
Ability to manage, motivate and inspire a team
Solid product aesthetic and sensibility and commercial acumen, able to influence during the market process
Ability to travel internationally as needed
