Mô tả công việc :

 In charge of the IT Department, and oversees all IT activities in the company in the daily basis.
 Support IT service team to isolate IT matters and daily IT standard reports.
 In charge the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications on the overall IT infrastructure.
 Assign IT Services jobs and check lists, train them on all needed theoretical and practical procedures, troubleshooting and support with in corporate standards.
 Manage the IT assets and planning to purchase within the budget.
 Support IT team to make sure VSAL-IT comply IT policies.
 Ensuring that VSAL IT systems are fully exploited to improve company business.
 Seeking new IT technologies to growth up company business.
 Assisting IT Manager in planning and implementing ITs company projects.
 Assisting IT Manager in the security, efficiency and reliability of information technology, computer systems, and area telecommunications.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Basics
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Information System / Information Technology
- IT certificate e.g. CCNA, MCSA/MCITP, MCSE, LPI
- At least 5 years of experience in the Information Technology field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience (type of)
- Strong experiences in Office 365, Virtualization server (Vmware/Hyper-V), Active Directory, Exchange mail system and network service (VPN, DNS, DHCP and Routing, Firewall & telephony).
- Strong experiences in cisco/ juniper devices configuration.
- Sound knowledge on network and ICT products, network switch, firewall, router, wireless network, VPN, video conference, cctv…etc
- Expertise in Windows server 2010/ 2012 / 2016 in backup, recovery/ disaster recovery and troubleshooting.
- Experiences with IT managed document solutions.
- Knowledge and experience in ERP would be an advantage.
- Experience in installing and configuring WAN/LAN devices, trouble-shooting network connectivity issues in Microsoft Windows and UNIX environment
