Mô tả công việc :

Work location: Head quarter, Aeon Mall Long Bien, No. 27, Co Linh, Long Bien, Hanoi
Report to: IT Executive
Working time: 5 days/week
1. Daily control IT system & IT environment in the office to ensure productive and smooth operation
2. Coordinate with relevant parties to implement new IT projects
3. Provide assistance and support to users in solving IT related issues
4. Propose policies, procedures to superior to develop operation of IT system
5. Assist superior to make annual IT budget & action plan
6. Manage records of using software licenses, stock of equipment and other supplies and make plan for purchasing
7. Handle IT related request from employees
8. Control IT security in the office
9. Prepare for site support and set up of new shopping malls in Ha Dong & Hai Phong
10. Other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc :

1. Bachelor degree
2. At least 1 year working experience in related field
3. Can communicate in English
4. Good at team work and time management skill
